I teach introductory courses in Art History and upper-level courses in medieval and Renaissance art, including a January interim course in Florence. I also teach Introduction to Women’s and Gender Studies, and I look forward to teaching the senior seminar in WGST for the first time in spring 2018.
I am currently at work with my co-author Anne F. Harris on a new Medieval Art History textbook that will be published by Oxford University Press. I’ve published several articles on Italian stained glass in the 13th and 14th centuries and on the revival of medieval stained glass in nineteenth-century Florence. See my curriculum vitae for details.
I have been teaching at St. Olaf since the fall of 2000, and I love it. I live in Minneapolis with my husband and our children.
